Many complain from my sister… I would like to raise a few concerns regarding the room that my sisters currently staying in: 1. Bathroom Door Privacy: The bathroom door is made of frosted glass but is not fully covered. The top and bottom parts are transparent, which compromises privacy, especially when sharing the space. 2. No Window in the Room: The room has no window, which makes the space feel closed off and poorly ventilated. This was not clearly stated in the listing. 3. Mattress Issue: The listing mentioned a queen tatami bed, but what was provided are two single mattresses combined. This is uncomfortable and not what was expected based on the description.

Good location quiet. The pillow case and towel very bad condition.hopefully the hotel can changed all linen or at least dont serve it to customer. I wonder they change the bed sheet pollow or not. Pictures tell everything.

Booking dlm keadaan rushing so x sempat nak tgk review dari guest lain. Keluar je lif anak dah ckp takut mungkin sbb keadaan yg suram dan lampu yg malap. Lantai yg kotor kitorg terpaksa ambik tuala kecik lap lantai sendiri,tilam xyah ckp la mmg boleh tenggelam badan bila baring😬😬 rasa mcm nak check out dan cari hotel lain je,tp sbb semua dah penat sgt mlm tu pejam mata telus lelap je,esok pg2 dah check out.

1 ) staff perempuan yg jaga reception sombong , tanya apa2 jawab sepatah sekali dgn buat muka . 2 ) tak bersih , cadar mmg tak tukar ke lepas next guest nk masuk ? bantal , selimut , towel bau hapak , kepam . lagi2 bantal dgn towel bau kepam gilaaaaa 🤦🏻♀️ 3 ) susah nak berurusan , mintak tukar tarikh or cancel suruh call 訂房網站 , bila dah call 訂房網站 , 訂房網站 dah email + contact pihak hotel pun sama jgk . tak respon . last2 cakap takde manager , banyak alasan . pls alert bab kebersihan lepasni walaupun bukan hotel 5 star sekalipun . thankyou
